Shaws began life as a butchers shop in the Borders town of Lauder, which was a finialist in the search for Britain's Best Butcher 2008. The business was founded in 1828 and has been passed down through generations of the Shaws and subsequently the Deans families.
We have always stuck true to our roots; procuring the best possible produce which we then skillfully butcher to offer our customers the best quality products.

Lamb Leg Steaks
Boneless steaks cut from whole succulent legs of local lamb, also known as gigot steaks. Perfect for pan frying or grilling whole. They are also great sliced into strips for stir frying. Our lamb is sourced from trusted local farms in the Scottish Borders and matured for 7 days to ensure the greatest tenderness and concentration of flavour. Lamb Leg Steaks are available in packs of 2, 4 and 6.
